PEACH respects the private data of their customers with regard to the privacy and are committed to respecting the customers privacy.The basic policy by PEACH app is to provide satisfactory services keeping in mind users privacy. PEACH will require the following personal information by suitable means for achieving the purpose.

(1) Personal information provided to the user by the second user to apply for be my courier services, etc. both the users names,address, Computerized National Identity Card number(CNIC) & copy of CNIC, NTN( National Tax Number), fax number, email address, business contact, mailing address and any other information required for personal courier safety services.

(2) PEACH will not handle any sort of sensitive information which includes crime records,beliefs,race,cast, until and unless required by law.

(3) Choice by the customer Information such as Name, address, telephone number, CNIC number, copy of CNIC is mandatory for provision of M&P's services without which it cannot provide any of its's services to customers. Customers may not be able to avail the services of M&P if they refuse to provide their personal information. Customers will also be unable to receive campaign notices and other M&P information if they do not provide personal information.

Data sharing

PEACH will share user information as follows.

(1) It’s for development of new improved services

(2) It can be for the notification of new improved services.

(3) It can be for delivery and transfer to related company with request from the user for relevant services.

(4) It can be for suitable and easy fulfillment of other operations with user.

If any modifications are made, the details will be updated on the website or updated on the app so make sure you read the content completely.

Change of purposes

In the case the purpose of personal information changes be my courier will update it on its app.

Filing a complaint

The users of the app have full right to file up any complaint regarding the app as well as the other user with which they are dealing with to avoid any problems in the future
